~ Square Cake Pan - 33cm/23cm, you can take smaller size.
~~ Preheat oven to 350F ( 180C)~~
~~ Grease and flour a square Cake Pan~~
=1. Cream Butter with Coconut Sugar. Mix well.
=2. Add 1 Egg. Beat well.
=3. In separate bowl mix Whole wheat flour with all dry ingredients (Soda+salt+Cinnamon+Vanilla powder+Cocoa)
=4. Sift dry mixture into the (Butter+Coconut Sugar+Egg) Mixture.
=5. Stir well.
=6. Chop pecans on small pieces with a knife.
=7. Add chopped Pecans into the dough and fold them well.
=8. Spread the mixture evenly into prepared square Cake Pan.
=9. Bake for 13-15 minutes. If you have smaller size cake pan it will take 2-3 more minutes to bake.
=11. Prepare the Chocolates. Melt Dark and White Chocolate separately.
~~ How to melt Chocolate. ~~
For Water Bath>> Take a larger size saucepan for the water. Pour the Cold water inside of the saucepan and place inside a smaller size saucepan with a chocolate. Place on the stove. Heat it gently.
When the chocolate starts to melt, stir it frequently.
Never ==> Place the saucepan with a chocolate to melt straight on the stove, as it burns easily.
Do not let the water to bubble and to move inside of the saucepan with chocolate. When the chocolate is in contact with water, it becomes a thick mass that will not melt.
=12. Drop large spoonfuls of each type of chocolate onto baked cake. Marble with a knife.

=14. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
Enjoy and Be Healthy.
