Peanut Butter Cookies.Christmas time

"Hang the merry garlands over all the town.
Smell the spicy odors of cookies turning brown!..
But only little children shall have my sweets today"- Unknown
               Peanut Butter Cookies.
                                You need:
~ Unsalted room temperature Butter- 125g
~ Coconut sugar  - 2/3 cup
~ Peanut Butter- 125g
~ 1 Egg
~ Whole wheat flour (I took Ivory) -1 cup
~ Soda -1/2 teaspoon
~ Salt- a pinch
~ Nutmeg ground - a pinch
~ Handy Mixer, Handy grater for nutmeg, Cookie sheet
==== Preheat Oven to 350F (180C)
== Cream Butter in a large bowl. Add Coconut sugar. Mix it

== Add Peanut butter. Mix till smooth
== Add 1 Egg, mix.
== Grind a Nutmeg through small holes of a handy grater.
== Add All dry ingredients=> whole wheat flour, salt, soda, nutmeg. Blend well into batter (homogeneous mixture)
== Shape small (about 2.5cm) balls. I use a teaspoon, to make the cookies somehow even. You can dust your hands with flour to shape the balls easily.
== Arrange dough balls on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper
== Flatten balls with a fork. TIP: Every time dip the fork into the whole wheat flour. It prevents the dough from sticking to the fork.
== Bake 10 to 15 minutes, till edges start to brown.
== When done, transfer cookies to wire rack and let it cool.
                          Enjoy and Be Healthy:)
Have a Christmas Spirit in your heart all year long:)

Autumn Walk

           Autumn Walk. A charming time.

"I love the lavish withering of nature
The gold and scarlet raiment of the woods,
The crisp wind rustling o'er their threshold,
The sky engulfed by tides of rippled gloom,
The sun's scarce rays, approaching frosts,
And gray-haired winter threatening from afar."- Alexander Pushkin, Russian Poet, (1799-1837)

I want to share with you some of my pictures of this gorgeous time of the year.

"Every leaf speaks bliss to me,Fluttering from the autumn tree."- Emily Jane Bronte, English poet (1818-1848)

Even on rainy, grey days autumn's trees like burning candles lights brighten those days and make you feel happier.
Autumn is the time of nature change and prepare itself to a deep winter sleep.

And the magnificent Autumn's Full Moon.
In September - the Harvest Moon. In the past, when the moonlight of the Harvest Moon is bright early in the evening, that means a harvest can be done after sunset.
In October - the Blood Moon, the Hunter's Moon, to honor a hunting season that would feed people through the winter time.

In November - the Frost, the Beaver Moon. Light a white candle or lavender incense and think cheerful thoughts. Think about people you love.

Autumn is the beautiful, magic time.
